Обзор ФМ в Осло после отключения
I was visiting Oslo 1 to 5th March 2018. As you might already know, Norway has switched its FM transmitters down in 2017 and transitioned into DAB+ Digital Radio. I knew there were some stations remaining, but there actually turned out to be quite a number of them!
Here is my bandscan on Dual IR6 receiver and a dipole antenna.
First I check four main analogue frequencies for Oslo (which were aired with high power from Tryvann transmitter):
88.7 - was NRK P1;
93.5 - was NRK P3;
100.0 - was NRK P2;
103.9 - was Radio Norge.
Of course, they were all gone.
Radio Metro - I was so lucky to get the ID on the video:), a commercial pop station is the main analogue audience winner, saving 4 FM frequencies in Oslo's suburbs, which reach the capital with quite good signal:
88.4 - from Glasasen, 20W @29km
99.0 - Furukollen, 20W @20km
99.5 - Raelingasen, 20W @14km
100.8 - from Drammen, 80W @45km
- Something tells me, R.Metro has more powers than given...
Swedish public radio from Sunne/Blabarskullen, at 116km is also audible! On some mornings, I got RDS on Swedish SR stations with this receiver. Sunne frequencies:
90.9 - SR P1,
94.5 - SR P2,
98,5 - SR P3,
101,8 - SR P4
And more stations from Oslo.
There are 4 local FM frequencies for community stations, all broadcasting with 0,1kW from Ekeberg transmitter (a mast southeast from the centre, 2km from my site in Valerenga, not so far from the site which had inspired Edvard Munch to paint his famous "Scream").
99.3 - radiOrakel (RDS: RAKEL), Ekeberg transmitter
101.1 - Radio RIKS, Ekeberg tansmitter
103.4 - unid with easy-listening and oldies. Pirate?
104.5 - NOSTALGI with oldies. Not listed, pirate?
===...And this is where my camera stopped recording, which I was unaware of! My Nikon D90 has a 5minute video limit
104.7 - HITRADIO Not listed, pirate?
105.0 - THE_BEAT with current rnb/dance hits. Not listed, pirate?
105.7 - LATINA, Ekeberg tansmitter (yup, for Latin community)
107.7 - MARANATHA, RADIO7 (altering stations throughout the day), Ekeberg tansmitter
I also"recorded" DAB scan, which resulted with 57 stations - from Oslo and Kongsberg (70km to the west). But that did not save.
